When the business outgrows spreadsheets

Sales live in one app, stock in a spreadsheet, invoices in another tool, and month-end means copying numbers between all three. Every new branch or warehouse makes it worse.

When each tool works on its own and none of them share data, your team types the same order in two or three times, and nobody can pull one report that covers the whole business.

Odoo puts sales, stock, purchasing, accounting and HR in one system with one set of numbers. We configure it around the way your teams already work.

What we do

One team does all five, so the ERP, the apps that use its data and the servers they run on are planned together.

  • Odoo ERP

Implementation, customisation, data migration from spreadsheets or older Odoo versions, integrations and support after go-live.

  • Web applications

Customer portals, internal tools and online stores, built to work with your ERP.

  • Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps for your customers, field teams and drivers, connected to the same data.

  • Cloud hosting

High-availability hosting for Odoo, websites and apps, with business email included.

  • Digital marketing

Campaigns, SEO and content that bring leads into the CRM your sales team already uses.

One system, every department

These are the fourteen Odoo apps we set up most often. All of them read and write the same database.

  • Sales

Quotations and sales orders that drive delivery and invoicing.

  • CRM

Every lead and follow-up in one pipeline.

  • Inventory

Stock by warehouse, location and lot, updated with every sale and delivery.

  • Purchase

Requests for quotation, purchase orders and vendor bills in one flow.

  • Accounting

Invoices, payments and bank reconciliation posted from the documents that caused them.

  • Manufacturing

Bills of materials, work orders and costs per finished product.

  • Point of Sale

Shop and branch sales that update stock and accounting as they happen.

  • eCommerce

An online store that shares products, prices and stock with the back office.

  • Website

Your company website, edited in Odoo and connected to sales and CRM.

  • Employees

One record per person: contract, department and documents.

  • Time Off

Leave requests and approvals with balances everyone can see.

  • Expenses

Receipts snapped on a phone, approved and reimbursed through accounting.

  • Project

Tasks, timesheets and deadlines for each project.

  • Email Marketing

Campaigns sent to CRM contacts, with opens and clicks tracked.

Odoo has more apps than you need. We switch on the ones that fit and leave the rest off.

How we run an Odoo project

The same five steps on every project. The fit-gap plan in step two gives you the dates.

  1. Discovery

We map how you sell, buy, stock and account today, and where it breaks.

  2. Fit-gap and plan

What Odoo does out of the box, what needs configuring, what needs custom code, and in what order.

  3. Configure and build

We set up the apps and write the custom modules and integrations.

  4. Migrate and train

We move your products, customers, balances and open documents, then train each team on its own screens.

  5. Go live and support

We stay with you through the first closings and keep improving the system after.

Questions about Odoo projects

How much does an Odoo implementation cost?

It depends on how many apps and users you need and how much custom work is involved. After a free discovery call we send a written estimate broken down by phase.

How long does it take?

A small company using a few standard apps can go live in weeks. Manufacturing, multiple companies or heavy customisation take longer. The plan from the fit-gap stage gives you dates.

Odoo Community or Enterprise?

Community is free and open source. Enterprise adds apps, mobile access, hosting options and upgrades from Odoo. We’ll tell you which fits after discovery.

Can you move us from spreadsheets or an older Odoo version?

Yes. Data migration is part of every implementation, whether the data sits in spreadsheets, another system or an older Odoo version.

Do you work with companies outside Egypt?

Yes. We have projects across MENA and Europe and work remotely in Arabic and English.
