Built on the same data as your ERP
A website shows people what you sell. A web application lets them do something: place an order, check a delivery, book a visit, approve a request. It saves time only when it is connected to the system where your team does the work.
We build web applications that talk to your Odoo ERP or the other tools you run, so a customer’s order lands in sales, stock and accounting without anyone typing it in again.
What we build
Customer portals
Orders, invoices, deliveries and support requests in one place your customers can log into.
Internal tools
Screens for the jobs your ERP does not cover well, built on the same data so nothing is entered twice.
Online stores
Stores on Odoo eCommerce or BigCommerce, where we are a partner, sharing products, prices and stock with the back office.
Integrations
Connections to HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier, Google, Facebook, Instagram, AWS and Odoo.
Company websites
Marketing sites in Arabic and English that send enquiries straight into your CRM.
How a web project runs
Planning and analysis
We agree the scope, gather the requirements and name the risks before any design starts.
Design
We work out the screens, features and flows and check them with the people who will use them.
Build and testing
We develop the application and test it against the goals agreed in planning.
Delivery and maintenance
We deploy to production for your approval, then support upgrades and fixes after launch.
Questions about web applications
Can the web app use our Odoo data?
Yes. Most of what we build reads from and writes to Odoo, so orders, customers and stock stay in one place.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, on Odoo eCommerce or on BigCommerce, where Kites is a partner. We help you choose based on your catalogue and how closely the store needs to follow your stock.
Can it be in Arabic and English?
Yes. We build interfaces in both languages, with right-to-left layouts for Arabic.
Who hosts it?
We can host it on our cloud hosting next to your Odoo, or deploy it to servers you already have.
