When the store and the warehouse disagree
Many online stores run on their own. Orders come in by email, someone copies them into the ERP, stock is updated at the end of the day and the store keeps selling items that ran out at lunchtime. Accounting matches payments to orders by hand.
We build the store and its connections together. Products, prices and stock come from one place, orders go straight to the warehouse and payments land in accounting against the right invoice.

Both can work with Odoo. Which one fits depends on your catalogue, your traffic and how closely the store needs to follow your back office.

Questions about e-commerce
Can the store use our Odoo stock?
Yes. On Odoo eCommerce it is the same stock. On BigCommerce we connect the store to Odoo so stock levels stay in step.
Do we need Odoo to have a store with you?
No. We can build a BigCommerce store on its own and connect it later, or connect it to the system you use today if it has an API.
Can the store be in Arabic and English?
Yes. We build both languages, with right-to-left layouts for Arabic.
Can you move our existing store?
Yes. We move products, customers and orders and redirect your old page addresses to the new ones, so links and search rankings carry over as far as possible.
How much does a store cost?
