Odoo support and training after go-live

Go-live is when your team starts asking real questions. We answer them, fix what breaks, train new people and plan your upgrades, in Arabic and English.

The first months decide whether Odoo sticks

In the weeks after go-live, people find the cases nobody mentioned in discovery: a customer who pays in two currencies, a return that does not fit the standard flow, a report the finance team needs by Thursday. If those questions go unanswered, people drift back to spreadsheets.

We stay with you through the first month-end closings, then keep adjusting the system as you use it. The same team that set up your Odoo answers your questions, so you do not have to explain your business again to someone new.

We also support companies whose Odoo was set up by another partner. We review the database first so we know what we are taking on.

What our support includes

  • Questions and fixes

Your users ask how to do something or tell us what stopped working, and we answer or fix it.

  • Small changes

New fields, report tweaks, an extra approval step. Larger work is quoted separately as customisation.

  • Version upgrades

We plan upgrades to new Odoo versions with you, test them with your data and move you when it suits your calendar.

  • Health checks

A review of your database: unused or slow customisations, user access, data quality and settings that no longer match how you work.

  • Hosting and backups

If your Odoo runs on our cloud hosting, the same team looks after the servers it runs on.

  • Growth

New apps, branches, companies or integrations added to the system you already have.

Training in Arabic and English

People learn Odoo fastest on their own screens, doing their own work.

  • By role

Sales, warehouse, purchasing and finance each learn the screens and steps they use, not the whole system.

  • On your data

Training happens in a copy of your own database, with your products, customers and price lists.

  • In your language

Sessions in Arabic or English, and Odoo itself set to each user’s language.

  • For new starters and new features

When you hire, add an app or upgrade, we train the people affected. [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: whether training is offered on site, remotely or both, and where]

Support hours and response times

Support is available 24 hours a day. Our office hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00 Cairo time.

Response times: [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: response times by priority, if Kites commits to them].

Reach support on WhatsApp, by email, by phone or through the contact form. [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: how support is billed: monthly plan, prepaid hours or per request]

Questions about Odoo support

Can you support an Odoo another partner set up?

Yes. We review the database and its custom modules first, so we know what we are supporting, then agree the terms with you.

Is support included in the implementation?

We stay with you through go-live and the first closings as part of the project. Ongoing support after that is agreed separately. [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: how long post-go-live support is included in an implementation, if a fixed period applies]

Do you train in Arabic?

Yes. We train in Arabic and English, and Odoo lets each user work in their own language.

What is a health check?

A review of your Odoo database that shows what slows people down or will cause trouble at the next upgrade, with a list of fixes in order of importance.

Do you handle Odoo upgrades as part of support?

We plan and run them with you. Each upgrade is tested on a copy of your data before your live system moves.

Need help with an Odoo you already run?

Tell us which version you use, how many users you have and what is not working. We’ll come back with how we would support it.
