Who we are

Kites Development ("Kites", "we", "us") runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. Our office is at Al Saraya Mall, 44 Al Mehwar Al Markazi, Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected] or +20 122 451 0532.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us or what your browser sends when you visit:

• Contact and consultation forms: your name, email address and message, and if you choose to give them, your company, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and the number of users.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you send us when you contact us directly.
• Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages viewed, the type of device and the approximate location derived from your IP address.

Why we use it

• To reply to you: to answer your request, arrange a call and prepare an estimate.
• To send the newsletter: only if you subscribed. Every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe.
• To improve the site: using analytics data, only after you accept analytics cookies.
• To meet legal obligations: where a law requires us to keep or disclose information.

Our legal basis

We process form and newsletter data on two grounds: your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form or subscribe, and the need to take steps you ask for before any contract. Analytics runs only with your consent. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, these are the bases in Article 6(1)(a) and (b). We also follow Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

Cookies and similar storage

The site stores your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice in your browser so it can remember them. The site needs them to work the way you set it, and we do not use them to track you.

Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with services that help us run the site and reply to you:

• Our website platform and hosting provider, which stores form submissions.
• Google, for analytics, if you accept analytics cookies.
• Meta (WhatsApp), if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside Egypt, for example in the European Union or the United States. Where that happens we rely on the provider’s safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, which stops future use but does not affect what was done before;
• object to or ask us to restrict how we use it;
• complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Egypt this is the Personal Data Protection Centre.

Security

We protect your data with access controls and encrypted connections, and we limit access to the people who need it to reply to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
